I came to Frontline Auto Spa for the first time today and was sorely disappointed. I paid for the Gold level clean, which was the second highest/expensive option. I also… read more paid extra for the detailing to be done. The young attendant who did the detailing brought the car out to me and it was still dirty. There was dirt on the front and back of the car, on the side view mirrors, and in the door handles. It was clear the car wasn’t fully cleaned. Honestly I’m not convinced they gave me the gold level wash – looked less than a basic wash with how dirty it still was. I pointed this out to the attendant and he hand washed those areas, however it took twice as long as a result. I won’t be returning here.

The effort the team put in to make the interior of my vehicle was spotless and sand free is impressive! Well worth the money and I would recommend Frontline to anyone in the area. Also, the owner is usually there and he’s extremely nice and appreciates his customers. These are the types of people you want to give your business to. Keep up the great work!

The young guys working at this car wash are very nice and they try to help you. But the owner is awful. They want you to sign up for a… read more car wash package and very easily take your money no questions asked. But when you go to cancel the car wash package amd told that is is canceled but instead are still charged for months after going into the store several times to ask for it to be stopped they suddenly don’t understand how to give you your money back. It’s ran very poorly. I would not recommend going to this place. Or if you do just do a single wash at a time so you don’t get stuck in the whole car wash program.

Our sons’ KIA Optima hadn’t been washed in months. Yesterday I purchased one of these offers online and called Frontline and they said they weren’t very busy at the time so I had the boys empty out the car. We drove it up their and I gave them my phone with the purchased certificate on it. It was quickly redeemed and they got in the car and took it from there while we went inside the clean waiting area. After the car went through the car wash tunnel, they drove it in the service bay and really cleaned it up! We weren’t in a hurry and I was glad to see Brandon and the team take their time. Honestly, you will be amazed at how nice your vehicle looks when they drive back around front for you. In fact, I was so amazed that I went back online and bought another $24.50 certificate from Local Flavor and took my wife’s car up there for the same awesome treatment. I don’t want to oversell it as a complete detail job, but it’s pretty darn close and at a huge discount to what you might otherwise pay for a quick and dirty job somewhere else. Brandon and team know what they’re doing. Do yourself a favor and take advantage of this deal while it’s still available! For $25 (plus tip, of course), you’ll be patting yourself on the back all the way home for being so clever. I don’t have before photos, but just look at the after pics of our 2 cars. AMAZING!

He took good care of my car paying special attention to the issues that I had. I was just going to get a simple wash-and-go but I elected for the Gold treatment. Their prices are very reasonable and my car looked brand new!!!!!! I highly recommend them not just because of the amazing customer service but the attention to detail and sparkle my Diana (Dirty Diana my car) received was amazing.

Great carwash and super friendly staff. Vacuums have great suction power and drying cloths are provided.

I came here a few months ago after a coworker recommended it for seat shampooing and had a great experience, which is why I came back today. Unfortunately, this visit… read more was the complete opposite. From the start, the customer service was lacking. When I pulled up, the employee immediately told me to put my car in neutral and not press the brake. There was no greeting or asking what service I had. Not a huge deal, but it definitely set the tone. His attitude throughout the whole experience was unprofessional, so I am not surprised that the initial interaction went that way. When I got to the front, I was confused about where to go next since I had paid for detailing. Another employee kindly explained I needed to pull around and mentioned that next time I should let them know what I purchased ahead of time. Again, not a huge deal, but it felt a bit disorganized. The detailing itself was the most disappointing part. When my car was brought around, the employee got out and basically bolted inside, only saying “the seats are still wet” as he walked by, without giving me a chance to look anything over. The front seats honestly look like they weren’t even touched. Overall, this was really disappointing compared to my first visit. I don’t think I’ll be returning, but I do hope they work on improving customer service and communication.
